RECEPTION
Dogs can be brought to or collected from the kennels any day during business hours as stated on front cover, and at no other time.
It is the owner’s responsibility to inform us should their dog have a tendency towards high jumping, extreme nervousness, viciousness or destructiveness.
The management reserves the right to refuse any dog at their discretion.
No responsibility is accepted for any articles, leads, etc, left at the kennels.
INOCULATIONS
All dogs must have a certificate of inoculation against distemper, hepatitis & leptospirosis carried out not more than 2 years & Parvovirus & kennel cough not more than 1 year prior to boarding, please note The Kennel cough immunisation doesn't immune your dog/s to every virus that may be circulating as a result we will not be held responsible from your dog/s contracting kennel cough whilst in our care. The current inoculation certificate must be produced when the dog is brought into the kennels.
FEES ARE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL
A non-returnable booking deposit is required, and no booking will be finally accepted until the booking form is received with the deposit.

VETERINARY FEES
incurred during boarding are payable by the owner.
The kennels reserves the right to dispose of animals not collected within fifteen days of expiry of the period shown on the booking form.
Whilst every care is taken by our Trained Staff during your dog’s stay, all dogs are boarded at the sole risk of the Owner.
Every effort will be made to administer medication, pills etc. if requested, but cannot be guaranteed.

Please note from July 2016 Crystalvale kennels after 5 years will be increasing boarding fees to:
Small dogs £12.00p per night
Medium dogs £14.00p per night
Large dogs £16.00p per night
All Bull breeds and cross Bull breeds £16.00
We offer reductions for long periods by arrangement. Discounts are also given to more than one dog sharing kennels.
